Notice is herby given that the Annual General Meeting
of
Beenleigh Yatala Chamber of Commerce
is to be held at
Eagle Tavern
166 Fryar Rd, Eagleby QLD 4207
on the
18th September 2026 at 7.00am

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

1. Welcome and approval of the register of meeting attendees eligible to vote and apologies.
2. Minutes from previous year's Annual General Meeting.
3. Business Arising from the previous minutes.
4. Annual Report of the Chamber of Commerce, including the Annual Financial Statements
5. Announcement of election results
6. Conduct a ballot of any motions/resolutions put on notice
7. Appointment of the Auditor and Public Ovvicer for 2026/27

✅ Monthly board meeting (2nd Tuesday evening of each month)

✅ Sharing your skills, ideas and experience
